Order Processing

Each order is made just for you! Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your item begins production. This helps us ensure quality and accuracy with every order.

Once your order is processed, it typically takes 5–7 business days to be produced and shipped. Shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–10 business days from the time of purchase.

You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all merch is made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order (wrong item, size, etc.).

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at merch@htcfchurch.org and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, once an order leaves our hands, delays may occasionally happen due to carrier issues or weather. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, contact us at merch@htcfchurch.org, and we’ll help investigate.
